We accept changes or cancellations up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery or collection time.
Any changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of the delivery/pickup window are non-refundable, as preparations and ingredient sourcing would already be in progress.

Refunds & Exchanges
At Cakes K Studio, all our products are freshly made to order using premium ingredients, which means we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been prepared or delivered. We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance of the delivery or pickup time.
In the unlikely event of an error or quality issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, along with supporting photos and your order number. While we do not provide cash refunds, we are happy to offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion, depending on the nature of the concern. Your satisfaction matters deeply to us, and we’re committed to ensuring a positive experience with every order.
